The goal was never just a better job. It was a better relationship with your work.
I've spent years working in Learning & Development — designing programs, facilitating workshops, and helping organizations invest in their people. But the longer I worked inside corporate environments, the more I noticed something formal training couldn't fix. Women who were capable, accomplished, and quietly stuck. Not because they lacked skill or ambition — but because they had outgrown the path they were on and didn't know how to name it, let alone change it.
I kept encountering these women, and I couldn't ignore what I was seeing. That's why I became a coach. Not to hand women a framework or a five-step plan — but to create the kind of space where they could finally slow down, get honest, and figure out what they actually want. The kind of conversation that L&D was never designed to have.
Today I work with women who are ready to stop circling and start moving. Through 1:1 coaching and community workshops across Atlanta, I help women build careers that actually fit who they are now. I also partner with wellness studios, community organizations, and businesses ready to invest in their people in a meaningful way — bringing the same depth and intention into every room I'm in.
